2. Bookings and payments
Prices, availability, deposits, payment methods and cancellation policies are confirmed before each reservation is finalised. Applicable taxes, fees, additional services or cleaning charges are shown separately where relevant.
3. Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate contact details and any required identification information, follow the accommodation rules, respect check-in/check-out times and comply with applicable laws.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, date changes, no-shows, early check-in and late check-out are handled per booking and according to the confirmed policy provided to the guest.
5. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. Guests are responsible for damage caused to the accommodation according to the agreed terms.
